Välisministeeriumi teadaanne välislepingu jõustumise ja lõppemise kohta
(1) ADRi alajao 8.2.2.8.2 esimeses punktis sätestatust kõrvale kaldudes jäävad kõik juhi koolitustunnistused, mille kehtivusaeg lõpeb 1. märtsi 2020 ja 1. septembri 2021 vahel, kehtima kuni 30. septembrini 2021. Tunnistusi uuendatakse viie aasta kaupa, kui juht esitab täienduskursusel osalemise tõendi, nagu on sätestatud ADRi alajaos 8.2.2.5, ning on sooritanud eksami kooskõlas ADRi alajaoga 8.2.2.7 enne 1. oktoobrit 2021. Uus kehtivusaeg algab uuendatava dokumendi algsel aegumiskuupäeval.
(2) Kokkulepe kehtib vedudele kuni 1. oktoobrini 2021 kokkuleppele alla kirjutanud ADRi kokkuleppeosaliste territooriumil. Kui üks allakirjutanutest lõpetab kokkuleppe enne eespool nimetatud kuupäeva, kehtib kokkulepe vedudele selle kuupäevani nende kokkuleppele alla kirjutanud ADRi kokkuleppeosaliste territooriumil, kes ei ole kokkulepet lõpetanud.

Under section 1.5.1 of ADR
Concerning driver training certificates in accordance with 8.2.2.8.2 of ADRR
(1) By derogation from the provisions of the first paragraph of 8.2.2.8.2 of ADR all driver training certificates the validity of which ends between 1 March 2020 and 1 September 2021 remain valid until 30 September 2021. These certificates shall be renewed for five years if the driver furnishes proof of participation in refresher training in accordance with 8.2.2.5 of ADR and has passed an examination in accordance with 8.2.2.7 of ADR before 1 October 2021. The new period of validity shall begin with the original date of expiry of the document to be renewed.
(2) This agreement shall be valid until 1 October 2021 for carriage on the territories of the ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement. If it is revoked before that date by one of the signatories, it shall remain valid until the above-mentioned date only for carriage on the territories of those ADR Contracting Parties signatory to this Agreement which have not revoked it.
