Konkurentsiameti poolt kehtestatud hind kehtib seni, kuni soojusettevõtja kooskõlastab uue soojuse piirhinna Konkurentsiametiga.
[RT I 2010, 56, 363 - jõust. 01.11.2010]

  (102) Käesoleva paragrahvi lõikes 101 nimetatud hinna kehtestamisel võtab Konkurentsiamet aluseks soojusettevõtja kehtiva hinnastruktuuri, ettekirjutuse tegemise aastale eelnenud majandusaasta põhjendatud kulud ja põhjendatud tulukuse määra. Kui soojusettevõtjale on kooskõlastatud hinnavalem, lähtub Konkurentsiamet hinna kehtestamisel hinnavalemist. Valdkonna eest vastutav minister kehtestab määrusega soojuse hinna kehtestamise korra, lähtudes käesolevas lõikes sätestatud alustest.
[RT I 2010, 56, 363 - jõust. 01.11.2010]
