Establishment of form of declaration of rights

The Regulation is established on the basis of subsection 35¹ (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The regulation establishes the following forms of the declaration of rights, which is given to a suspect or accused who is detained or arrested:
1) Declaration of rights (Annex 1);
2) Declaration of rights of person arrested on basis of European arrest warrant (Annex 2).
