Approval of the harmonised conditions for participation in TARGET-Eesti

This decree is established on the basis of clause 2 (2) 4) and clause 14 5) of the Eesti Pank Act, and clause 87 (2) of the Credit Institutions Act.

§ 1.  This decree approves the harmonised conditions for participation in TARGET-Eesti as follows:
1) General terms and conditions for participation in TARGET-Eesti (Annex 1);
2) Special terms and conditions for main cash accounts (Annex 2);
3) Special terms and conditions for real-time gross settlement dedicated cash accounts (Annex 3);
4) Special terms and conditions for TARGET2-securities dedicated cash accounts (Annex 4);
5) Special terms and conditions for TARGET instant payment settlement (TIPS) dedicated cash accounts (Annex 5);
6) Special terms and conditions for ancillary systems (AS) using real-time gross settlement ancillary system (RTGS AS) settlement procedures (Annex 6);
7) Special terms and conditions for ancillary systems using the TARGET instant payment settlement (TIPS) ancillary system settlement procedure (Annex 7);

§ 2.  Decree No 4 of the Governor of Eesti Pank of 9 May 2008 "Approval of TARGET2-Eesti rules" (RT I, 12.11.2021, 20) is repealed.

§ 3.  This decree enters into force on 21 November 2022.
