    This Decree is based on subection 141 (2) of Eesti Pank Act and Decision No. 5-1 of the Supervisory Board of Eesti Pank dated 8 June 2010.

    § 1.  To issue in the Republic of Estonia a silver collector coin “Estonia’s future” with a diamond application and the nominal value 10 euros and a bi-metal (gold and silver) collector coin “Estonia’s accession” with the nominal value 20 euros. The year of issue of the coins is 2011.

    § 2.  The Decree enters into force on 7 January 2011.
