Order of the person in charge of emergency situation

Under § 24 (2) of the Emergency Act and due to the emergency situation declared by the Government of the Republic Order No. 76 “Declaration of an emergency situation in the administrative territory of the Republic of Estonia” of 12 March 2020 and due to the need to contain the wider spread of the corona virus causing the COVID-19 disease and to prevent the threat of mass infections in the administrative territory of the Republic of Estonia:
1. Governmental authorities involved in responding to the emergency situation shall take notice that based on the proposal and a threat assessment by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the areas of high virus spread are:
1. People´s Republic of China
2. Republic of Korea (South Korea)
3. Republic of Singapore
4. Islamic Republic of Iran
5. Italian Republic
6. French Republic
7. Federal Republic of Germany
8. Kingdom of Spain
9. Kingdom of Belgium
10. Kingdom of Denmark
11. Kingdom of Norway
12. Kingdom of Sweden
13. Arab Republic of Egypt
2. This Order takes effect upon signing.
