The Regulation is established on the basis of subsection 351 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The regulation establishes the following forms of the declaration of rights, which is given to a suspect or accused who is detained or arrested:
1) Declaration of rights (Annex 1);
2) Declaration of rights of person arrested on basis of European arrest warrant (Annex 2).
