List of credit institutions and branches of foreign credit institutions providing a vital service

This decree is established on the basis of subsection 3 (3) of the Credit Institutions Act.

§ 1.  Scope of Application

  This decree establishes the list of providers of vital services set forth in subsection 34 (8) of the Emergency Act.

§ 2.  List of providers of a vital service

 (1) The following credit institutions and branches of foreign credit institutions provide payment services:
 1) AS SEB Pank
 2) Swedbank AS
 3) Nordea Bank AB Estonian branch

 (2) The following credit institutions and branches of foreign credit institutions provide cash circulation services:
 1) AS SEB Pank
 2) Swedbank AS
 3) Nordea Bank AB Estonian branch

§ 3.  Repeal of Decree

  Eesti Pank Governor’s Decree No 3 of 25 January 2013 ‘List of credit institutions and branches of foreign credit institutions providing a vital service’ is hereby repealed.
