This decree is established on the basis of clause 14^1  (2) of the Eesti Pank Act and decision No 6-1 of the Supervisory Board of Eesti Pank of 27 June 2018.

§ 1. To issue in the Republic of Estonia a silver collector coin dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the birth of Johann Voldemar Jannsen with a nominal value of 12 euros and the year of issue 2019.

§ 2. This Decree enters into force on 16 May 2019.
