The countercyclical capital buffer rate

This decree is established on the basis of section 86^46  (2) of the Credit Institutions Act.

§ 1. This decree sets the countercyclical capital buffer rate for the credit risk positions of credit institutions based in Estonia at 0%.

§ 2. This decree enters into force on 1 January 2016.
