The Regulation is established on the basis of Subsection § 33^11  (6) of the «Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act». 

§ 1. Establishment of format

To establish the Format for transmitting data collected by fingerprinting into the national register of fingerprints (appended).

§ 2. Entry into force of regulation

The Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2010.
